General website posting requests:
Requests submitted to the webmaster will be processed on or shortly after the 10th and 24th of each calendar month. Requests will then be submitted to the Communications Committee, and if approved, will then be submitted to the Glenkirk Estates HOA Board of Directors for final approval.

“For Sale” or “Wanted” website posting requests:
“For Sale” or “Wanted” requests may be made by Glenkirk Estates residents only, and are to be emailed directly to the webmaster (see below). Requests will be processed on or shortly after the 10th and 24th of each calendar month. Requests will then be submitted to the Glenkirk Estates HOA Board of Directors for approval. Approved requests will be posted on-line for approximately 2 weeks, and will not be cancelled, reduced, extended, repeated or modified upon request. Expired postings will not be transferred to the “Past News” page. Posting requests exceeding a total of 4 lines of text on the “Glenkirk News” page will be edited by the webmaster at his/her discretion. Requests advertising any firearms, tobacco products, alcohol, illegal substances, or business related matters will not be posted. Photographs and web links will not be posted.

To request a “For Sale” or “Wanted” website posting, please provide the following information to the webmaster (this will not be posted):
1. Your full name
2. Home address
3. Phone number
4. Email address
As well as the information you wish to have posted:
5. Title of posting (1 line)
6. Posting description with your contact information (no more than 3 lines).

The webmaster and the Communications Committee do not handle communications between individual residents, e.g. discrepancies about HOA violations. For those types of issues, please contact our Homeowners' Association Management Company .
