RESERVATIONS
Our Clubhouse is available to Glenkirk residents for private rentals. The rental fee is currently $125 with a $250 security deposit. $50 of the security deposit is due at the time of the reservation to hold the date for you. The $200 balance of the security deposit and the $125 rental fee are due at least 14 days prior to the event. The security deposit will be refunded and sent by mail a week after the event date, if the clubhouse is returned without damage. Reservations are not available through this website, but can be made through our HOA Management Company at (703) 437-5800 or . Please note the rules and the request form below for private rentals.
