Get involved in your community! Join a committee!
Committees are comprised of volunteer homeowners from the community, with the objective of overseeing continued development of Glenkirk. They are recognized by and are an active part of the Glenkirk Estates Homeowners Association.
All questions, issues and comments should be first sent to our HOA management company. If there's still a need, then they may be presented to the appropriate committee.
ARCHITECTURAL
Reviews exterior design regulations and modifications in response to homeowner concerns. For greatest efficiency, the HOA Board of Directors has appointed our HOA management company to act in lieu of a volunteer committee of residents at this point in time.
CLUBHOUSE USE
Coordinates the check-in and check-out procedures for private resident rentals and community HOA functions. Recommends any necessary revisions for the clubhouse rental and use guidelines to the HOA Board of Directors. Reservations, security deposits, and fees are handled by our HOA management company, not this committee.
COMMON AREA
Collaborates with the developer, our HOA management company and members of the community on issues regarding common areas within the neighborhood.

COMMUNICATIONS

Items requested to be posted to this website (by parties other than our HOA management company or HOA Board of Directors) require Communications Committee and HOA Board of Directors approval prior to posting. Items for posting are to be submitted to the webmaster, not the Communications Committee, to initiate the web posting process.

POOL USE
Visits the pool at least weekly, in order to provide an overview to our HOA Management Company of how day to day operations appear to be managed and to report any problems or maintenance issues needing attention. Note: This committee does not manage the day to day affairs of the pool, and members will remain anonymous to the community and pool management staff. Comments, questions and complaints from residents and associate members in regard to the pool should continue be submitted to our HOA management company.
SOCIAL
Plans and coordinates several activities throughout the year to appeal to various segments of the community. Pool parties, kid events, a wine tasting, a movie night, a winter holiday cookie exchange, and a teen party are just a few possibilities. For approved activities, the following will be provided: some funding from the GEHOA budget, administrative assistance by our HOA management company, and if needed and available, our clubhouse may be used for the events.
